• Minimum requirements for consideration of employment:

• Learned Responsibilities
  • Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure conformance to customer specifications and drawings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances
  • Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product quality
  • Identify and report quality issues or nonconforming products
  • Initiate actions to prevent nonconforming product
  • Communicate status of assigned product lines to internal teams and customers as required
  • Ensure products are moving through the shop according to schedule
  • Work with production and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow
  • Always maintain quality and accuracy of own work

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: 10-hour shifts (day shift; overtime may be included)
  • Work Location: Kilgore, TX 75662 (reliable commute or relocation required before start)
  • Low quantity, job-shop environment
  • All employees must pass a drug test and are subject to random drug testing

  • $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and job flow required
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems

• Learned Responsibilities
  • Review customer purchase orders, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Release and manage jobs in ERP system in accordance with production requirements
  • Track job status through manufacturing and communicate updates to internal customers
  • Coordinate with machining, inspection, and quality departments to support on-time delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with AS9100 requirements
  • Confer with engineering, quality, and production personnel to exchange technical information
